Diet Recommendations for HPV

Find out which natural ingredients have the best research backing them. Here is the latest HPV Research.

Imagine regaining the life that you once enjoyed. Do you remember feeling free and confident? You must read and implement this page immediately if you want to regain that feeling of freedom.

What is the severity of an HPV infection and what should be done?

HPV is now a pandemic in the United States. Health authorities estimate that over 79 million Americans have HPV, and that number is increasing. The medical community tends to downplay the infection, claiming that the body will almost always eliminate the virus by itself. However, this is only true when your immune system is working at full capacity. Otherwise, this infection is responsible for 70% of cervical cancers among women, 63% of penile cancers, 91% anal cancers, and 72% of oropharyngeal carcinomas in men. These startling statistics should make you act immediately to prevent harming yourself or a loved one.

No FDA-approved antivirals are available for HPV. Doctors and researchers agree that the best way to get rid of HPV is by boosting your immune system. Surprisingly, there are no immune boosters available in conventional medicine, and vaccines for prevention are promoted. But, what does one do if they are already infected, above the age limit, or can’t tolerate the hideous vaccine side effects? Luckily, there are other tested ways to boost your immunity and potentially make your body expel the virus. Food and lifestyle changes will be key to the transformation. Here are some popular and supposedly genuine ways to do that.

  • Food: Diet is important because nutritionists from around the globe have agreed that certain foods can enhance healing and may improve your general well-being. Below, we’ll talk about different food options. However, if you would like a custom diet plan made based on your constitution, likes, and dislikes please email our resident nutritionist at [email protected].
  • Time-tested herbs There are a number of herbs that have been tested in clinical trials for their antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and immune-boosting properties. These herbs could provide your body with an extra boost when diet modifications fail. Herbs such as Hypericum Mysorense and Withania somnifera as well as nutraceuticals like Echinacea and AHCC and homeopathy such as HPV nodes, have demonstrated specific immune boosting qualities that could play a crucial role in bolstering the body against foreign invasion. Click here to learn more about the specific ingredients.

Diet to Prevent HPV

Your diet will make you stronger, and help your body to fight the infection.

It has been shown that beta-carotenes and Vitamin C as well as antioxidants and vitamins can boost your immunity and help you to be more resistant to viral proliferation.

Food recommendations:

Include the following to make you strong.

  • Cruciferous vegetables such as kale and mustard greens are good for you. Also, cauliflower, broccoli, turnips, cabbage, and other vegetables. They contain a much higher level of folic acids than any pills or synthetic folic acids.
  • The high beta-carotene levels in vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, squash, sweet potatoes, and lettuce can be beneficial for HPV patients. This red-orange color is converted into Vitamin A by the body. Vitamin A boosts the immune system and helps fight HPV.
  • Folic acid is found in cruciferous veggies, legumes, and fortified cereals. It can also be found in asparagus, eggs, strawberries, oranges, and other fruits.
  • Vitamin C is the best immune booster. It can be found in oranges, papaya, berries, and kiwi. Each vitamin C is different and has alkaline or acidic properties. It is not just ascorbic acid.
  • Green tea, berries, and peaches are all antioxidants that fight against free radicals. They also help to prevent abnormal cell growth.
  • Vitamins and Antiviral Herbs – Astragalus (Goldenseal Root), Coriolus versicolor (Mushroom), Olive Leaf Hypericum Mysorense AHCC Green Tea Extract Curcuma longa Thuja occidentalis Echinacea Monolaurin, are among the most popular and compelling ingredients. They have been tested in clinical trials for their effectiveness in boosting immunity and fighting infections. Click here to learn more about these versatile and wonderful herbs.

Find out which natural ingredients have the best research backing them. Here is the latest HPV Research.

Avoid these:

  • Your immune system will suffer if you eat a lot of highly processed foods, such as donuts, diet soda, and fast food meals. Junk foods lack nutrition. These foods may make you feel full, but they will not provide your immune system with the nutrients that it needs to protect and function properly.
  • Alcohol consumption should be reduced or avoided
  • Avoid or limit the consumption of coffee

Home Remedies:

  • The Dandelion has been used for centuries to treat warts. Apply the milk obtained from the dandelion cut-end to warts twice or three times a day.
  • When combined with carrier oils, tea tree, and thuja are said to have antimicrobial properties. Thuja oil is an ayurvedic treatment that is used for warts.

Biogetica’s immune booster protocols combine evidence-based natural ingredients with homeopathic remedies to give you a healthy, free life.

Our protocols use a variety of herbs that have been proven to be effective, including:

This herb is clinically proven to have antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and immune-boosting properties. This herb is a key ingredient in our patented Hyperisince formula that was created to boost the immune system of your body.

Turmeric is used to treat conditions that affect the skin, the lungs, the brain, the stomach, the nerves, the blood, and more. Clinical tests have shown that the active bio-constituent found in this rhizome can potentially slow down abnormal cell growth, boost the immune system, and reduce viral loads.

Shiitake mushrooms are being promoted as an alternative treatment for HPV proliferation. The AHCC (Active Hexose Correlated Compound), derived from the mushroom in a clinical trial by The University of Texas Health Science Center’s Medical School, may have strengthened the body’s natural immune response. This is by increasing the activity of natural killer cells.

This herb is used in ancient healing methods as an immune booster. Astragalus has been found to have antiviral properties, as well as immune boosting, antioxidant, and anti-proliferative ones.

Echinacea has been used for centuries to treat common colds. However, research into this herb revealed that it can be effective against a variety of infections, including viral, fungal, and bacterial. The herb also has anti-inflammatory properties, immune-boosting properties, and laxative and analgesic effects.

Numerous studies have shown that nosodes can be used to reduce inflammations and infections. Nosodes can be prepared using viral or bacterial culture and contain molecular imprints from the pathogenic agent. According to homeopathic research, these attenuations act as oral vaccines and are believed to boost the immune system by presenting information to the body about the pathogen.

Our protocols are a blend of herbal extracts and homeopathic bioenergetic remedies that are available in convenient pills. For more information about our health protocol or expert advice on how you can get rid of HPV, contact our doctors 24/7 at www.biogetica.com.

Arthritis Diet

Arthritis, a term that encompasses conditions that are characterized by joint pain and swelling, is a broad term. Pain-reducing medications are usually prescribed. There is no arthritis-specific diet. However, recent research has shown that anti-inflammatory foods should be included in the diet to reduce joint pain.

A gluten-free vegetarian diet can improve the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Foods that are bitter/sour and easy to digest can help ease arthritis. Omega-3 fatty acid-rich foods include flaxseeds, fish, soy, beans, broccoli, garlic, nuts & seeds, and even some types of vegetables.

Foods that should be consumed moderately by people with arthritis:

Even whole wheat bread should be moderated.

Foods you should avoid:

High-fat foods include fatty meats such as beef, pork, lamb, poultry, cheese, bacon, and salami. In this condition, it is best to avoid consuming too many calories, especially from refined sugars, such as cookies, candies, soft drinks, and refined foods such as white bread, rice, or dairy products, as well as coffee, caffeinated beverages, and refined foods such as white grains, white rice, or even white rice.

Home Remedies:

It is important to eat a healthy, immune-boosting diet. Healthy immune systems are the difference between someone with monthly outbreaks, and someone without any! Foods that boost immunity and help herpes patients are well documented.

Herpes virus: What you should know

HSV 1 or 2 can cause both oral and herpes. Herpes Zoster can be caused by another HZV virus.

Herpes should not be taken lightly. It triples the chances of catching HIV. Therefore, treating Herpes will help you avoid harming or killing someone close to you or yourself.

It is important to note that food alone will not be able to cure your symptoms if you have already been infected. The virus has already invaded your immune system and is now residing in your nerve ganglia.

Herpes Tests to Confirm Infection

Two methods are available for testing herpes.

  1. Antibody tests are looking for IgG or IgM antibodies. These antibodies are defense mechanisms that your body has set up to fight anything against which it’s been vaccinated or infected. Once you have been infected with herpes or vaccinated, the antibodies will remain on your body for life. Doctors and patients believe there is no cure to herpes because of this. Most of us do have antibodies to chickenpox and measles, and we don’t say that these infections can’t be cured. A testing method is important in determining whether people believe a cure to exist or not. Herpes can also be found behind the nerve ganglia where antiviral medications cannot reach. When immunity is low, relapses and outbreaks occur when the virus becomes active. Immunity is the key.
  2. However, there are newer and more advanced PCR-DNA tests that can detect the virus in your cerebrospinal liquid and sores. These have often gone from being positive to negative. This new, more accurate testing method measures the viral load and this along with outbreaks are what is really important in determining a patient’s current condition. This new method of testing has therefore reopened debates on what constitutes a cure for herpes.

You should include in your diet herbs, supplements, and homeopathy that have been studied to see if they can help with the herpes virus.

Globally, the following supplements, herbs, and homeopathic have been studied for herpes. Nevertheless, each country has its own laws and only a few countries recognize these herbs as a treatment for herpes. These natural supplements and herbal remedies can only be used to boost immunity in countries that don’t consider them medicine. No medical claims are allowed unless the FDA determines that they are a valid treatment. These natural remedies are listed in order of decreasing efficacy based on peer-reviewed research. The FDA is the only body that can assess the effectiveness of a remedy, and this too in their country.

  1. Hypericum Mysorense: This herb was listed in ancient Ayurvedic books as a remedy against the snake virus, which sounds very similar to herpes. In 2004, an Indian scientist from the JSS School of Pharmacology made the claim that he had found a Herpes Cure. His study showed Hypericum mysorense to suppress herpes 100% in vitro. 1,. Biogetica has patented Hyperisince which is a combination that has been formulated so Hypericum mysorense can enter cell walls. Hyperisince has been approved in India as a treatment for herpes and many other approvals are in the process. A published study showed that Hyperisince stopped outbreaks in 3 days on average, compared to the 9 days it took Acyclovir. Over 80% of those who took Hyperisince over 4 months didn’t have an outbreak.
  2. Nosodes These homeopathic bioenergetic impressions are made by capturing the information of herpes virus. Homeopaths claim that the Nosodes empower the immune response to the virus. In a French trial, HSV Nosodes were found to be effective for 82% of patients with genital herpes. 2
  3. Prunella vernalis: According to research, this herb can help treat inflammatory conditions and boost immunity against some infections. It may also improve skin health.
  4. Sida Cordifolia : Research preliminary has shown that this herb is immune-boosting. 4
  5. Olive Leaf Extraction This herb contains Oleuropein which, according to research, has the potential to contain infected cells.
  6. Lysine : Despite its widespread use, there are few clinical studies that support Lysine’s effectiveness against herpes.

The clinical evidence for the versatility of these herbs is extensive. Biogetica’s doctors have combined the best ingredients to formulate protocols that can boost immunity and purify the skin, lymph, and blood.

Our Rescue Kit with Hypericum Mysorense Nosodes and Homeopathic H Factor Nosodes was meticulously formulated using evidence-based herbs, nutrients, and homeopathic nosodes. Each ingredient has a specific role to play in the protocol. Herbs are used traditionally to support healthy organ function. Homeopathic nosodes can be used to stimulate a specific immune reaction according to homeopathic principles. Nutritional supplements are then added to nourish and optimize your body systems. You can discuss this protocol and its benefits with our doctors at any time for free by clicking here.

What to Eat on a Herpes Diet

After you have managed your outbreaks using appropriate immune boosters, which you won’t find in traditional medicines, eating well will help your body strengthen its immune barriers so that the virus no longer poses a threat.

You can ensure a healthy constitution at all times by eating the right food. Ayurvedic principles dictate that a person with herpes should consume a cooling and alkalizing diet. Western traditions recommend that those with herpes eat a higher Lysine diet and a lower Arginine diet. When one considers the fact that foods with a high Pitta (heat) also have a high Arginine-to-Lysine ratio, ancient and modern science come together in a wonderful synchronicity. Ayurveda, the ancient science behind Ayurveda, and modern medicine have both endorsed diets for cold sores and herpes outbreaks.

Arginine regulates immune function, so it is not recommended to eliminate it completely. Arginine is now being prescribed by more doctors after the lysine-herpes connection has been disproven. Arginine is essential for immunity and is therefore recommended.

Is there a Cure for Herpes?

What are the best foods to manage herpes?

Dietary modifications and herbs can help you balance your doshas, which are your unique physical and mental constitutions. Herbs and diet help to detoxify the blood and lymphatic system, eliminate toxins, and balance vata-pitta imbalances, rejuvenating tissues. This will reduce the burning, swelling, and tingling.

Ayurveda teaches that diseases do not affect just one organ but also the whole system. After balancing doshas the body must be rejuvenated with Rasayanas, herbal tonics, so it can develop immunity against recurrent attacks by the virus.

Lastly, certain lifestyle and diet modifications can be very beneficial. A Pitta Shamak or anti-Pitta diet is recommended.

Anti-Pitta Diet

Bitter and astringent food is the best to include during an outbreak, as they reduce pitta. This will boost your immunity.

These foods can help you detoxify, alkalize and rejuvenate your entire body.

  • Fresh Vegetables: Beans, Beetroot, Bitter gourd, Parval (pointed gourd), Bottle gourd, Tanduliyakam (amaranth), Cabbage, Carrot, Gourd luffa (luffacylindrica), Kushmanda (white gourd melon), Drumsticks (moringa oleifera), Radish, Turnip, Asparagus, Yellow melon (ivy gourd). These vegetables are high in anti-oxidants, which help to heal the skin and improve immunity.
  • Fruits: Pomegranate, Sweet lime (mosambi), Banana, Grapes/Raisins, Black-berry (jamun), Lime, Custard apple (sitafal), Mulberry (shahatut), Sugarcane, Aconite / Monk’s hood (Amrud), Amalaki (Emblicmyrobalan),Apple, Avocado, Pears, Figs, Dates (Kharjura). They are rich in micronutrients and vitamins that help to protect the body from infections and maintain the proper functioning of the body’s mechanisms.
  • Non Vegetarian Food: Eggs, Fish, Turkey, and Chicken are beneficial to people with herpes, since protein is essential for healing and maintaining healthy organs, including a robust immunity system.
  • Spices Turmeric (Jeeraka), Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds, Saindhava (Saunf), Cardamom and Mangosteen Oil Tree (Garcinia Indica/Vrkshamla). All of these ingredients are versatile and have been tested in clinical trials for their ability to improve immunity, protect against viral proliferation, and expel them from your body.

Lysine Rich Foods

It was believed that foods rich in lysine would help your immune system fight and prevent viruses which can cause havoc to your health. Clinical studies show that lysine can potentially stop viral proliferation, and reduce the severity and duration herpes outbreaks. New research shows that lysine might not have any impact at all. There is a new debate, but here are some foods rich in lysine that may help you increase your levels of lysine:

  • Fruits : Add apples, figs, and pears to your diet. Mangoes, apricots and other summer treats are good for you.
  • VegetablesMost veggies are rich in lysine, and low in arginaine. According to research, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower are the three best foods for preventing a herpes breakout.
  • Dairy Products:Dairy products are rich in Lysine and may be helpful to those suffering from herpes. Dairy products can be controversial for some people, so we will leave it up to your personal preference. Yoghurt contains the most lysine among all foods. Fresh yogurt without gelatin or corn sugar is best.
  • Meats Lamb, Beef, Fish and Chicken all contain lysine, but we still leave it up to the individual whether they choose to consume them.

Add Stress Busters To Your Diet

  • You should include foods that can help you de-stress.
  • Brown rice, fish and bananas as well as barley, mushrooms, turkey, and brown rice are all foods rich in B Vitamins.
  • Stress can also be relieved by eating foods rich in antioxidants and cruciferous vegetables. Foods such as carrots, lemons, whole grains and goji berries may also be beneficial.

Foods to avoid in a diet for herpes

Foods that make you drowsy, bloated or heavy will weaken your immune system. Avoid or limit these foods during an outbreak.

According to ayurvedic principle, eating sweet, sour or acidic foods, as well as salty food, is strictly prohibited in Herpes. These foods cause imbalances between the pitta (pitta dosha) and vata (vata dosha) of your body, allowing for the virus to relapse. Avoid the following foods:

  • Honey, curd (sour), tamarind (kulattha), groundnut oil (King’s Cumin), horse gram oil (kulattha), ajwain, spear-mint/garden mint, hing, tejpatra, tulsi, Sacred Basil/Holy Basil, pineapple, papaya and plums (sour), falsa(Grewia asiatica), ripe bilwa
  • Foods that are hot and pungent should be limited as they can aggravate Pitta, which weakens your immunity. Garlic, onions, green chilies and red and black peppers are foods that should be limited. Garlic is known to boost immunity but it can also increase heat. It is therefore good for a viral infection such as a cold, but bad for viruses like Herpes which thrive on heat.
  • Alcohol, caffeine, junk food, red meat in excess, processed foods and additives such as preservatives and artificial sweeteners can increase your body’s acidic pH. These substances should be avoided during an outbreak.
  • Limit foods high in arginine, such as nuts and seeds, coconuts (coconut oils are an exception, since they contain no arginine), orange juice and chocolate, wheat, oats and lentils. Also, avoid gelatin and protein supplements.

Quick Tips for Herpes Management:

  • Take immune enhancing and rejuvenating supplements
  • Meditation, Pranayama and yoga can help you reduce your anxiety and stress.
  • Regular exercise of 20-30 minutes is recommended
  • Sleep at least 8 hours every night
  • Avoid sleeping during the day
  • Keep a diet rich in unprocessed, whole foods
  • Don’t eat canned, frozen or preserved food
  • Avoid drinking alcohol, smoking tobacco and caffeinated drinks
  • Do not overeat, and do not eat if you are not really hungry
  • Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight, wind and heat
  • Limit cheeses and curds
  • Mixing milk and honey with certain foods is not recommended. This includes meat, fish, poultry, pork, prawns or mushrooms, curds, buttermilks, sprouts and sour fruit. For more information on incompatible foods, consult our specialists by clicking here.

Final Note

If you are in the middle of an outbreak, changing your diet will not help you to get immediate results. Your body has already been compromised and your immunity needs to be immediately boosted so it can protect your body. There are a number of herbs and natural ingredients which have been studied in clinical studies to help boost immunity and protect against foreign invasion.

DIET HYPERTHYROIDISM

Hyperthyroidism and Weight

Hyperthyroidism is not caused by body weight. Being overweight or underweight will not cause the disease. Hyperthyroidism, however, can make you lose weight or make it more difficult to gain weight due to your high metabolism. Hyperthyroidism patients may need to increase their calorie intake to prevent them from losing too much weight. According to the American Thyroid Association, once hyperthyroidism has been treated and brought under control, weight loss should not be a problem.

Recommended Foods:

The aim of the diet is: – to reduce symptoms and maintain ideal body weight.

Dietary Guidelines should include: Nuts and Meats.

Foods that suppress thyroid include:

  • Broccoli, Soya Products, Cabbage (Cauliflower), Radish, Pearl Millet, (Bajra), Green Leafy Vegetables like Mustard Greens and Spinach, etc. They are thought to lower the thyroid gland’s function.
  • The consumption of soy products and soybeans can reduce the overactive thyroid.
  • Zinc is an essential element for the body that can be depleted by hyperthyroidism. A high metabolism can cause a deficiency in vitamins, minerals and other vital nutrients for people with hyperthyroidism. The diet should therefore be supplemented by adequate natural sources of vitamin C, vitamin B, calcium, and magnesium.

Foods To Consume Moderately :

Apricot, Banana, Black Currant, Blueberry, Cantaloupe, Cherry, Cranberry, Gooseberry, Grapefruit, Italian Plum, Mandarin Orange, Mango, Orange, Papaya, Pear, Pineapple, Raspberry, Red Currant, Rose Hips, Strawberry.

Ensuring the Safety of Your Mango Consumption

When you hear the term ‘Mango,’ what is the first image that pops into your head? It’s an image of a mouthwatering, scrumptious fruit that I can devour within minutes. Mangoes are the king of fruits, not just because they have a delicious flavor but also for their nutritional value.

In Indian summers, mangoes come in all shapes and sizes to satisfy the taste buds of everyone. Consuming them can have negative effects on the body.

mango

In an effort to avoid a possible fruit glut, which could reduce their profits and hurt them financially, many farmers and traders resort to synthetic harvesting methods. While some chemicals like ethylene are approved to artificially ripen fruit, farmers choose more hazardous ones such as calcium carbide. This gives the fruit an unnatural appearance of being fully grown and healthy at a lower price.

What Is Calcium Carbide

This chemical compound is made up of calcium and carbide. It is used in industry to create acetylene gas, which is flammable. Calcium Carbide can also be used to make several chemicals, carbide lamps, steel, and plastic.

Calcium Carbide Hazardous Effects

The chemical is being criticized for its long and short-term debilitating effects. It contains agents that are lethal, such as arsenic or phosphorous. These cause several abnormalities in the body.

  • Headache
  • Mood disturbances
  • Sleepiness
  • Dizziness
  • Memory loss
  • Mental confusion
  • Cerebral Edema

Free radicals produced by carbide are a significant contributor to cancer, heart disease, stroke, arthritis, and even allergies.

These fruits can cause an unintentional abortion or developmental problems if the baby is born if consumed by an expecting woman.

Calcium carbide is also dangerous because of the explosive reaction it has when combined with water. It produces acetylene, a combustible liquid gas. This reaction can cause an explosion when the heat is too high.

What is the difference between a Mango that has been chemically ripened and a Mango that is naturally ripe?

Parameters Naturally ripened Mango Chemically ripened by Calcium Carbide
Texture Ordinary looking, not uniformly colored Deceivingly Ripe, uniformly colored
Aroma Good Faint Odor
Taste Sweet and succulent Hard and non-juicy
Shelf life Longer Short, black patches appear on the skin within 2 to 3 days

.

Before consuming the fruit, it is best to soak it in water and then thoroughly wash the fruit. This will remove any chemicals. Avoid buying non-seasonal fruits, as these are more likely to have been synthetically treated. Try to resist the temptation of buying mangoes until the season begins.

Look out for these tell-tale signs, be judicious, and make healthy choices to enjoy the upcoming mango season.

Doshas: The Fundamental Energies in Ayurveda

According to Ayurveda, the three doshas are Vata (Wind), Pitta(Fire), and Kapha (Earth), and each governs activity in a specific region of the human body.

VATA DOSHA

It is located in the lower abdomen, below the umbilicus. Vata is responsible for all body movements.

Vata is responsible for enthusiasm, breathing(inspiration and expiration), and all movements and actions (talking, walking and body movements, activities of the sense organs). Vata circulates in the body and assists with the transportation of the Dhatus that support it, such as rasa (fluids), blood (rakta), etc. Vata is responsible for the normal vibrations of all natural urges, such as feces and urine excretion, hunger, thirst flatus, yawns, sleep, sneezes, and belching.

PITTA DOSHA

Pitta is located mainly on the upper abdomen and lower thorax, just above the umbilicus. It is responsible both for digestion and metabolism.

Pitta is responsible for vision (as opposed to perception due to vata), thirst, hunger, taste perception, and digestion. It also produces heat, and softness, suppleness, intelligence, and brightness.

KAPHA DOSHA

The main seat of the Kapha is the chest (thorax). Kapha is responsible to strength, stability, and tolerance.

Kapha is a sign of strength and potency, as well as a lack of greed, forbearance, and smoothness in the joints.
