All of them in the same order the outbreaks went down to maybe once a week but very mild ones. Then I thought to try the great Bio 88 and I felt that finally with this I had got the outbreaks to twice a month and then I decided to order R-68 with it and let me tell you it finally did it.
As of today March 13, I had one mild outbreak at the beginning of February and one yesterday but it is so mild that the only thing I feel is a little itch I am controlling it with the Herpigen applying it on a cotton ball and leaving it on the spot all through the day, and the R-68 which I just had to re-order because I am just about out of my third bottle, this time I order the big 50ml. bottle.
After all this time I finally found what works for me.
