Returns – We are Truly Committed to Getting You Well

Biogetica will honor its commitment to you and refund any purchase up to 90 days. You may email us at [email protected] stating the names of the products you have returned, and the date on which you have shipped them back to us.

Kindly send the empty bottles to the biogetica lab or shipping center they were received from. The addresses are given below:

For products shipped from our Pennsylvania Warehouse, the return address is:

Please note that the maximum possible return is $249 per customer.

Orders booked via affiliates will only receive a refund before the affiliate commission is paid out (30 days approx) as there is a growing trend of fraud where affiliates collect commission and then immediately return the order for a refund.

Note: Returns cannot be accepted for orders that were discounted or sent free on a special needs basis. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We truly do believe in our therapies. Biogetica products when researched have been shown to benefit over 80% to 90% of cases.* We ask that you give the products a chance by taking them regularly for 2 months at the least.
