How to Force a Period

Herbs and Homeopathy to regularize period: Many herbs are known from hundreds of years to induce menstrual period. Of course, pregnancy, which is the foremost cause of a missed period during child bearing age, is a strong contra-indication for any home remedy to induce period. But for all other reasons of delayed period or secondary Amenorrhea, herbs like Aloe barbadenisis, Abroma augusta, Daucus carota, Rubia cordifolia, Gossypium herbaceum, can be very useful. It is advised to consult a herbalist or a homeopath to use these formulations  along with the method of preparing a formulation and dosage.

Aloe barbadenisis: is used in regulating menstruation due to general weakness, anemia & other debilitating diseases.
Abroma augusta: Its bark and the root are used. It is a uterine stimulant and produces an even menstrual flow.

Rubia cordifolia: Decoction of its roots is used in stimulating the uterus.

Gossypium herbaceum: this is the common cotton plant and the decoction of its roots is used in improving female endocrine system.

Homeopathic ingredients like Aurum mur nat; Caulophylum; Lachesis; Sepia; Pulsatilla also can act as safe and effective alternative to induce period.
