Maintenance level is up to 4 capsules, 2 or 3 times a day, for optimum health effects. For stubborn cases, this may be increased. The length of time for taking the supplement is an individual response
Possible Side Effects: Monolaurin is a nontoxic dietary lipid. It may, however, lead to an increase in the die-off of microorganisms and result in a 'Herxheimer Reaction,' a kind of flu, acne, allergic symptom, etc. You need to cut back on the level or even stop for a few days before taking lower levels and then going higher.
DO's: Take Monolaurin in small amounts until you reach your level for optimal health and self healing.
When traveling by air or ship, you may need to increase your maintenance level.
DON'Ts: Do not take too much, too soon in order to avoid a Herxheimer reaction. (die-off reaction)
