What is Migraine
Migraine headaches are chronic, debilitating headaches that usually affect only one side of your head. The headaches are prone to recurring and can be triggered by factors like prolonged sun exposure, stress, hunger, and certain foods. Caffeine, chocolate, cheese, and the menstrual cycle may also trigger migraine. Migraine attacks can be accompanied by other symptoms, such as nausea, drowsiness, giddiness, and generalized weakness. To alleviate symptoms and prevent future episodes, it is best to avoid the trigger factors.
