What is Migraine? Is it different from a typical headache? Is it more painful?

Headache is a common symptom of migraine, but it is not the only symptom.
It is associated with nausea and vomiting and sensitivity to light and sound. It is usually preceded by an aura which could cause visual disturbances. There is a sensation of pins and needles in the head. It is triggered by food items, stress, and lack of sleep.
The attacks have no fix pattern and come on any time of the day. It can be very disruptive if you are a working individual. Once the attack starts it is very difficult to concentrate on anything. You don’t feel like eating or doing anything.
Allopathic doctors prescribe pain killers which provide symptomatic relief, but don’t stop the attacks from coming.
We need to identify the triggers and try and avoid them as far as possible.
There are many natural products which benefit those suffering from migraine.
If you are a migrainer, you are not alone.
