Candidiasis (yeast overgrowth) is communicable disease that is caused by infection with Candida, predominantly with Candida albicans, a fungus that represents the most common fungal pathogen affecting humans.

Under normal, healthy conditions, these micro-organisms live in various parts of the body. Certain conditions such as decrease immunity can encourage them to divide and increase in number leading to infections, particularly in warm and moist areas of the body.

How can we get infected with Candida?

The root taken for this candida invasion is as follows:

Disruption of skin or mucosa -> candida enters the bloodstream -> penetrates the gastrointestinal wall -> massive colonization that releases a large number of organisms directly into the bloodstream.

Candidiasis is the most common form of infections in immunocompromised people.

What are the risk factors for Candidiasis Infection?

Some of the risk factors for Candidiasis are:

Bone marrow transplantation

Solid organ transplantation such as liver and kidney

Hematologic malignancies- cancer affecting blood, bone marrow and lymph nodes

Foley catheters

Solid neoplasms

Recent chemotherapy or radiation therapy

Corticosteroids

Broad-spectrum antibiotics

Areas affected with Candidiasis:

Moist areas- Candidiasis infections generally occur in warm, moist parts of the body, such as underarms and genitals.

In case of newborns, it affects the mouth (oral candidiasis) and diaper areas (diaper rash).

Vaginal candidiasis- as the name indicates, occurs in the vagina and is the most common form of vaginitis.

Oral candidiasis – this form of infection is more common in adults. Number of incidences of oral candidiasis increases with age. These infectections can also occur around dentures, in skin folds under the breast and lower abdomen, nailbeds, and beneath other skin folds which are warm and mosit.

Systemic candidal disease- In rare cases, some people may suffer from systemic candidal disease where the infection spreads through the blood stream. This form of candidiasis can be fatal; killing up to 45% of the infected people.

Recurring candidiasis may be a sign of an underlying disorder such as diabetes, leukemia or AIDS.

Candidiasis causes:

Yeast infection- in women, vaginal yeast infection is the most common reason for vaginal burning, itching and discharges.

Compromised immunity- this is more common in people who are on cancer treatments, steroids or suffering from conditions such as AIDS.

Skin cuts and abrasions- skin cuts and abrasions allow the candida to enter the blood stream directly.

Devices- certain external devices such as catheters and IV ports.

Candidiasis Signs and symptoms:

Vaginal candidiasis- in this condition there is thick white discharge from the vagina and itching in the surrounding area. It may be accompanied by burning urination and painful intercourse.

Oral candidiasis- thick white patches on top of the tongue, palate or in the mouth. This is usually addressed as thrush.

Compromised immunity- they have symptoms that are similar to thrush, but extends down the mouth to the esophagus and the tongue. This can cause painful ulcers around the GI system.

What is Vitiligo?

Vitiligo or Leucoderma is an acquired pigmentation disorder of the skin and mucous membranes. It is characterized by circumscribed white patches of varying shapes and sizes on the skin. Vitiligo is a progressive disorder in which some or all of the melanocytes in the affected are destroyed.

Cause:

The exact cause of vitiligo is unknown though it is believed to be related to genetic and non-genetic factors. It is thought to occur due to autoimmune mechanisms.

Risk Factors:

Some of the factors that can increase the risk of vitiligo are:

Genetics- people with a history of this condition in the family are at a higher risk of suffering from vitiligo than individuals with no family history.

Drugs- it is widely believed that drugs can lower the response of the immune system that can cause vitiligo

Stress- another important factor that can lower immunity

Chemicals- people directly exposed to chemicals (painters and factory workers) are at a high risk of suffering from this disorder.

Hormonal imbalance

Autoimmune diseases- Conditions such as hypothyroidism, diabetes, alopecia areata, cancer or any other auto-immune disease.

Vitiligo Facts:

Vitiligo is not fatal

It is a non-communicable (non-infectious) disease. However, there is lot of social stigma attached to it.

It affects around 4 % of the population, worldwide.

Vitiligo Symptoms:

The most common symptom of this condition is the white or hypo-pigmented macules or patches. They can appear as a single spot or in the form of multiple spots of varying shapes. Since it is a progressive disorder, it can appear as a single white spot which can gradually grow in size or numbers. Some of the most commonly affected areas are:

Limbs

Abdomen

Back

Mucous membranes- lips, genitals, gingiva, areolas and nipples

Diagnosis:

Diagnosis is based on medical history, physical examination and biopsy of de-pigmented patches.

<g:plusone href="http://www.biogetica.com/blog2/242/herpes-%e2%80%93-a-new-age-meeting-of-complementary-natural-systems/"></g:plusone>

Herpes is an infection caused by the herpes virus. There are 8 varieties of this virus, which are pathogenic to man. The two most common affections are Herpes Simplex (HSV1 infection), which causes oral and genital cold sores, and fever blisters, and Herpes Zoster (HSV2 infection), which causes shingles. This virus affects both men and women, and in fact, even newborn babies.

The question about whether viruses such as Herpes can be ‘cured’ is debatable. Allopathic doctors often believe that there is no real cure, because viral antibodies tend to stay in the blood-stream for the patient’s entire lifetime. But, antibodies normally remain detectable, so a person often has normal structure and function while still having detectable levels of antibodies. In fact, antibodies develop as a normal defense against the virus – So, people, all the time, indeed manage to take their bodies to a point where they have not had an outbreak for years together!

What are the Treatment Options for Herpes?

For best results as far as duration and healing are concerned, herpes treatment should begin at the first sign of an outbreak. It is possible to revert the outbreak, if herpes treatment is started before the lesions appear.

- Conventional System of Medicine

Allopathic Medicines which are used to treat herpes are:

Acyclovir

Famciclovir

Valacyclovir

Unfortunately, viruses are known to be very efficient at genetic mutation. This means that over a period of time, these viruses become resistant to the allopathic antivirals.

- Complementary Natural Systems

Ayurveda as a Complementary Natural System

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian medicinal system that uses plants and herbs with curative properties. Ayurveda has been using herbal preparations to treat herpes and its symptoms since time immemorial. Ayurvedic treatment for herpes centers around cleansing the blood, lymph and skin systems. Clinical research suggests tremendous success of this system, which includes both oral therapies as well as local applications for herpes.

Homeopathy as a Complementary Natural System

Homeopathy has produced astounding results with viral afflictions like Herpes. To put the Homeopathic principle of “like cures like” simply, Homeopathy uses minute amounts of natural substances that mimic the body’s symptoms, thus stimulating the immune system to regain its balance. In the case of Herpes, Nosodes – potentized bioenergetic imprints of the corresponding strains of the herpes simplex virus (HSV1, HSV2, etc) or herpes zoster virus are used to coax an immune system response. The result? Millions of people have been symptom-free once the body efficiently produces antibodies to defend itself against the virus.

Natural Nutritional Supplements

Since a herpes outbreak is nothing but a sign that the herpes virus has managed to overpower the immune system, proper dietary support for the immune system is a great idea. Today, natural nutritional supplements are available in a form that is both free of chemicals as well as very easily absorbable by the body. Certain dietary supplements like Vitamin C, E, Copper lysine, Co-enzyme Q10, etc have been found to play a very significant role in herpes healing!

A New Age Meeting of Naturalism!

With the tremendous individual success of both Ayurveda and Homeopathy, great naturalistic minds have today been combining the success of these two natural systems. This combination along with natural dietary supplements specifically recommended for herpes, has made for a unique and interesting cocktail to not just address the herpes virus at every level of its functioning, but also to do it naturally and safely!

<g:plusone href="http://www.biogetica.com/blog2/234/what-you-need-to-know-to-end-acne-for-good/"></g:plusone>

Acne is an inflammatory condition of the oil secreting glands and hair follicles. This inflammation is a physiological response to certain internal and external stimuli. Common triggering factors of acne include stress, hormonal imbalance, allergens, etc. Unless you address the unique stimuli and dermatological response causing your acne, your pimples will sprout up again!

Most commonly used acne treatments only offer short-term symptomatic relief. Popular conventional treatment primarily includes the use of oral and topical antibiotics, hormonal treatments, steroids and over-the-counter products. More severe and chronic cases of acne, including cystic, pustular, or comedones are managed using minor surgical procedures – e.g. Excision of the cicatrices left behind by acne; Microdermabrasion – Removal of the superficial area of the lesions, so as to facilitate new skin growth; Glucocorticoid injections into the acne to reduce local inflammation and thus reduce the chances of developing fibrotic, cystic or nodular changes; Cryotherapy – where extreme cold is used to freeze abnormal tissue; and Extrusion of the comedones after steaming the face. These treatments and procedures do not address the root causes of acne. So, naturally, acne springs up again.

Natural treatment options, on the other hand, have met with much success in treating acne, because of their holistic approach.

Some Natural Treatment Options for Acne include:

- Ayurvedic Herbal Treatments

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of medicine that has been practiced for centuries. It derives its name from the Sanscrit words ‘ayu’, which means ‘life’ and ‘veda’, which means ‘knowledge’. Ayurveda has very effective time-tested natural remedies for acne. These include both local application creams for quick relief at the site of the acne, and oral remedies that correct imbalances in the body that cause acne. Ayurveda employs herbs and plants to create its remedies, so it is a safe alternative to surgical procedures and antibiotics.

- Modern Biotechnology

Modern Biotechnology treats acne essentially by detoxifying the blood. The remedies administer the body with bioenergetic imprints of blood components to teach the blood optimal detoxification functions.

- Neutraceuticals as Supplementary Therapy

Neutraceutical formulas provide specific necessary nutrition to the cells of the body.

- Homeopathy

The reason that Homeopathy has met with the most success in treating acne in the long-term, is that it addresses the reason that the skin produces acne in the first place – the immune system’s maladaptive responses to certain stimuli. Once your immune system learns to stop its hypersensitive responses to your causative factors, you stop breaking out with pimples… It’s really that simple!

Biogetica Brings Together All the Best Natural Remedies!

Biogetica has complied product kits using different Homeopathic, Ayurvedic, Neutraceutical and advanced Biotechnology remedies, depending on the severity and causative factors of your acne. The disease is usually transmitted by sexual intercourse, with the virus passing from the infected partner via the skin, vagina, penis, or anus. Once you are infected, the virus stays in your body for life. You can give herpes to another person if you have sex when your herpes virus is active. HSV remains in certain nerve cells of the body forever, and can produce symptoms off and on in some infected people.

Herpes is spread through direct contact. So, a genital herpes infection will stay in the area it originated unless transferred elsewhere via direct contact or skin-to-skin transference. Herpes won’t just show up on its own somewhere else on the body. Because herpes is spread through direct contact, it is important to avoid contact with infected areas. If a herpes infection is not localized, further complications may occur. Herpes is equally common in males and females.

HSV-1 can cause genital herpes, but it more commonly causes infections of the mouth and lips, so-called “fever blisters.” HSV-1 infection of the genitals can be caused by oral-genital or genital-genital contact with a person who has HSV-1 infection. Genital HSV-1 outbreaks recur less regularly than genital HSV-2 outbreaks. Most of the people who are infected with HSV-2 have no symptoms of disease or they do not recognize their symptoms. Only about one third of people who first become infected with HSV-2 have symptoms. These symptoms often include fever, headache, genital pain, genital discharge, and blisters. Even if you have no symptoms, genital herpes can be diagnosed by testing your blood for an antibody to HSV-2. When signs do occur, they typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur. Typically, another outbreak can appear weeks or months after the first, but it almost always is less severe and shorter than the first episode. Although the infection can stay in the body indefinitely, the number of outbreaks tends to go down over a period of years.

Once the virus infects you, it moves from the skin or membranes around the genitals to the central nervous system, where it remains for life. The virus can “wake up” or reactivate to cause a recurrence of the disease. When reactivation occurs, the virus travels down the nerves to the skin. It may cause blisters, genital itching, tenderness, burning, tingling, or redness, but it usually just makes copies of itself with no symptoms.

Diagnosis of Genital Symptoms

Because many patients with genital herpes have atypical symptoms or culture-negative genital lesions, HSV-2 infection can be challenging to diagnose. To aid in the diagnosis of genital symptoms, type-specific HSV-2 serology tests should be available in conjunction with virological tests in clinical settings where patients are evaluated for STDs. Serology tests may be useful for the following clinical presentations: (1) culture-negative recurrent lesions, (2) history suggestive of herpes or atypical herpes in the absence of genital lesions, (3) suspected primary herpes or first presentation of genital symptoms, if culture or antigen detection testing is negative or not available. Because it takes up to six weeks for most patients to develop antibodies, negative test results are less reliable when they are conducted soon after acquisition.

Frequently asked questions for herpes genitalis

How common is genital herpes?

Results of a nationally representative study show that genital herpes infection is common in the United States. Nationwide, at least 45 million people ages 12 and older, or one out of five adolescents and adults, have had genital HSV infection. Between the late 1970s and the early 1990s, the number of Americans with genital herpes infection increased 30 percent.
Genital HSV-2 infection is more common in women (approximately one out of four women) than in men (almost one out of five). This may be due to male-to-female transmissions being more likely than female-to-male transmission.

How do people get genital herpes?

HSV-1 and HSV-2 can be found in and released from the sores that the viruses cause, but they also are released between outbreaks from skin that does not appear to be broken or to have a sore. Generally, a person can only get HSV-2 infection during sexual contact with someone who has a genital HSV-2 infection. Transmission can occur from an infected partner who does not have a visible sore and may not know that he or she is infected.

Is genital herpes serious?

HSV-2 usually produces only mild symptoms or signs or no symptoms at all. However, HSV-2 can cause recurrent painful genital sores in many adults, and HSV-2 infection can be severe in people with suppressed immune systems. Regardless of severity of symptoms, genital herpes frequently causes psychological distress in people who know they are infected. In addition, HSV-2 can cause potentially fatal infections in infants if the mother is shedding virus at the time of delivery. It is important that women avoid contracting herpes during pregnancy because a first episode during pregnancy causes a greater risk of transmission to the newborn. If a woman has active genital herpes at delivery, a cesarean delivery is usually performed. Fortunately, infection of an infant from women with HSV-2 infection is rare. In the United States, HSV-2 may play a major role in the heterosexual spread of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. Herpes can make people more susceptible to HIV infection, and it can make HIV-infected individuals more infectious.

Never touch a wart on another person. do not touch, shave, or pick at a wart on yourself (or anyone else)…

The warts commonly seen on the skin are caused by a viral infection. The culprit is one of the HPVs (human papillomaviruses) that can be spread from person to person or be acquired through contact with a contaminated surface.

Over 100 types of HPVs have been identified that infect skin or mucous membranes, depending on the virus type. HPV types that infect skin lead to the development of common skin warts .

HPVs have gained widespread attention for their proven role in the development of genital and anal cancers, particularly cancer of the cervix. Specific “high risk” types of HPV that infect the mucosal tissue that lines the genital area are responsible for these carcinogenic (cancer-causing) effects. “High risk” HPVs have also been implicated in the development of a subset of head and neck cancers that develop in the area of the tonsils.

There are also “low risk” HPV types that lead to the development of benign lesions in the genital area, such as genital warts. Some of these HPV types infect skin and cause warts in various locations on the body. Other HPV types cause benign growths, or papillomas, on the vocal cords.

Having an infection with the types of HPV that cause benign skin warts does not increase a person’s risk of developing cancer. In other words, the types of virus that cause warts on the skin do NOT cause cancer.

The HPV infection responsible for warts is spread by direct contact with an infected person or through indirect contact from contaminated surfaces such as bathing facilities, clothing, or towels. Since a wart generally appears after a few months or even longer after the infection with HPV, it can be difficult or impossible to determine exactly where and when an HPV infection occurred.

It is also possible for persons to be infected with HPV — and spread the infection to others — without having any evidence of warts themselves. People who have warts in one location of the body can also spread the infection to other body parts.

Although it is virtually impossible to completely prevent infection with HPVs, good hygienic practices can help reduce the chances of developing skin warts:

NEVER touch a wart on another person.

DO NOT touch, shave, or pick at a wart on yourself (or anyone else).

ALWAYS wear shoes or sandals in public locker rooms, shower areas, and around pool facilities.

BE SURE that bathing areas are thoroughly cleaned if someone at your home has warts.

DO NOT share bath towels with anyone with warts. A person with warts should only use towels once. Wash the towels between uses.

Often, warts will disappear on their own within a year or two due to the actions of the body’s immune system. Faster removal of warts is also possible with treatment, and your doctor can advise you about the best treatment options for your case. Topical solutions containing salicylic acid, freezing with liquid nitrogen, and wearing duct tape patches are examples of methods that have been effective in wart removal.

Most people who are infected with HSV 2 or Genital herpes are not aware of it because they never have any symptoms, or they do not recognize any symptoms they might have. However, if signs and symptoms occur during the first outbreak, they can be quite pronounced. When symptoms are present, they can be different in each person.

Usually when a person becomes infected with HERPES the first outbreak occurs within two weeks after the virus is transmitted, and the sores typically heal within two to four weeks. The first episode of symptoms usually last two to four weeks.

Most people diagnosed with a first episode of genital herpes can expect to have several (typically four or five) outbreaks (symptomatic recurrences) within a year. Over time these recurrences usually decrease in frequency

Some of the most common symptoms of a genital herpes outbreak include

Tingling, itching, or burning of the skin in one area of the penis, scrotum, vagina, labia, or anus

Discharge of fluid from the vagina.

Pain in the genital or anal area (and possibly also on the buttocks, lower back and thighs)

Burning on the side of the leg or bottom of one foot

Feeling emotionally irritable or depressed

Herpes may also infect the urethra, and urinating may cause a burning sensation.

Blisters in the genital area that burst, become raw and then crust over

Blisters and sores on the buttocks, thighs and groin

Less commonly, infection with the genital herpes virus may result in fever Flu-like symptoms are also common(eg, headache, fever, muscle ache, and swollen glands in the lymph nodes near the groin)

Feeling of pressure in the abdome

However, most individuals with HSV-2 infection may never have sores, or they may have very mild signs that they do not even notice or that they mistake for insect bites or another skin condition.

<g:plusone href="http://www.biogetica.com/blog2/206/ayurvedic-medicine/"></g:plusone>

The best known form of traditional Indian medicine is Ayurveda (from ayus, meaning ‘life’ and veda, meaning ‘knowledge’).

Origins
Ayurvedic medicine is said to have originated from the ancient Hindu sacred texts the Vedas, but these actually contain few medical references. Modern scholars believe it evolved, gradually absorbing influences from Buddhism and other traditions along the way.

The basis of Ayurveda is contained in two great medical compendiums written by Charaka and Sushruta more than 2,000 years ago. These texts cover a vast array of topics including pathology, diagnosis, treatment, surgery, lifestyle advice and philosophy. Legend has it that Charaka’s compendium contains teachings passed down from the Hindu god Indra. Copies of these texts, written in Sanskrit on palm leaves, survive today and form the basis of Ayurvedic training.

Other notable Indian medical traditions include the Unani tibb tradition of Islam and the siddha tradition of the Tamils.

Concepts of the body
The body is seen as a microcosmic universe in which the five great primordial elements (panchamahabhutas) – ether (akasha), air (vayu), fire (agni), water (jala) and earth (prithvi) – combine to form three humours (doshas), known as wind (vata), choler (pitta) and phlegm (kapha).

Each dosha has its own qualities and functions in relation to the body. The balance between these doshas determines individual constitution (prakriti) and predisposition to disease. Constitution is also affected by the strength of a person’s ‘digestive fire’ (agni) and bowel function (kostha).

Seven tissues (dhatus) and their waste products (malas) make up the physical body and a network of channels circulate fluids and essences around the body. Three interdependent universal constituents, the three gunas – purity (sattva), activity (rajas) and solidity (tamas) – also influence health and determine mental qualities.

Disease occurs if lifestyle, mental or external factors cause an imbalance in one or more of these components.

Diagnosis
Typically, an eight-fold examination (astavidha pariksha) is used to determine the balance of the three doshas. This involves examination of pulse (nadi), tongue (jihva), voice (sabda), skin (sparsa), vision (drka), general appearance (akrti), urine (mutra) and stools (mala).

The pulse is taken on the radial artery and overall pulse quality is noted. A vata pulse is fast and slippery, a pitta pulse is jumpy and a kapha pulse is slow and steady. In tongue diagnosis the general appearance, colour and coating of the tongue is noted. Vata tongues are dry, rough and cracked; pitta tongues are red with oily, yellow coating; and kapha tongues are swollen and moist with greasy, white coating.

Similar signs of dosha imbalance are looked for in the other types of examination and combined with information about the person’s constitution, age, body type and so on to determine the best treatment. Astrological charts may be used to determine the role of karma or spirits.

Treatment
Treatment aims to restore the balance of the doshas. Herbal medicines are combined with massage and manipulation, dietary and lifestyle advice and yoga exercises. There are also five panchakarma purification techniques used for cleansing and detoxifying the body.

What’s it good for?
Ayurveda is growing rapidly in popularity in the West, but most Ayurvedic research has been carried out in India. Studies have shown it to be effective for many disorders including digestive, skin and gynaecological problems. Panchakarma techniques are said to be particularly effective for nasal congestion, sluggish digestion and stress.

Finding a practitioner
There is no single organisation covering Ayurvedic practitioners in the UK or any regulation of Ayurvedic herbal remedies. Some herbal constituents can cause liver or kidney problems, so careful supervision by a reputable practitioner is necessary.

Allergic reactions are caused by exposure to allergens. An allergen is a protein that the body judges to be foreign and dangerous. Possible allergens include specific foods, environmental toxins, pollens, molds, mites, animal dander and a host of other irritants. Once exposed to an allergen, the immune system releases specific antibodies to destroy the enemy allergen, setting in motion a complex series of events involving many biochemicals. These chemicals then produce inflammation or other symptoms of an allergy response. Allergic responses can range from mild to severe, where prompt professional medical advice may be required.

Common symptoms of a typical allergic reaction include breathing congestion, inflamed, bloodshot, or scratchy eyes, watery eye, tears, sneezing, coughing, itching, nosebleeds, puffy face, flushing of the cheeks, dark circles under the eyes, runny nose, swelling, hives, vomiting, stomachache, and intestinal irritation or swelling. More severe reactions include constriction of the bronchial tubes (asthma) and difficulty breathing or even anaphylactic shock, which can be fatal if not treated in time.

Allergies can also result in digestive stress, gas, and indigestion. Sensitive people may feel irritation on their tongue or mouth.

Overall, the underlying causes of allergy and sensitivity are dietary and lifestyle factors specifically titled as imbalanced immune function, barrier function default (such as “leaky gut” syndrome), and toxic overload. Each of these are, in varying degrees, responsible for the development and continuation of allergy and sensitivity.

The Natural Cures website will show you how you can treat your allergies naturally, and well as to show you how you can make lifestyle changes that will improve your general health.

<g:plusone href="http://www.biogetica.com/blog2/201/natural-cures-for-arthritis/"></g:plusone>

The term arthritis is used loosely as if it encompassed one entity, although over 100 types of arthritis have been identified. For millions of Americans, arthritis limits everyday movements such as walking, standing, or even holding a pencil. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the effects of arthritis range from slight pain, stiffness, and swelling of the joints, to crippling and disabling discomfort. Arthritis affects people of all ages. The NIH reports that about 15% of the U.S. population has arthritis or a related disorder, and 200,000 children in the U.S. have some form of the disease.

Arthritis is an aggregate of illnesses whose common features include an inflammation of the joints, surrounding tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. Among the oldest known afflictions of human beings, it can affect virtually every part of the body: from the feet to the knees, back, shoulders, and fingers. There are three primary categories of arthritis, each with specific symptoms: Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis or Gout. Please click on the links to read more information and healing protocols for the specific type of arthritis you are referencing.

There are a variety of arthritic conditions, with the three most common forms of the disease being osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout. Less prevalent types of arthritis include psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and infectious arthritis.

Arthritis is caused by a variety of factors, including joint instability, injuries, age-related changes, toxins, microbes, altered biochemistry, hormonal factors, and genetic predisposition. Yet other environmental, psychological, dietary, and even dental factors have also been found to bring on the condition. In recent years, research conducted by rheumatologists and allergists has concluded that some patients can experience allergy-induced arthritis.

Stress can also be a major factor because it disrupts the body’s hormonal balance. Stress related changes in the chemical levels of cortisol can often lead to changes in the immune system. A weakened immune system allows certain bacteria to penetrate the body, possibly leading to forms of arthritis. This sequence often occurs in women undergoing menopause.

The Natural Cures website will show you how you can treat your arthritis naturally, without the use of harmful pharmaceuticals.
